1 - Signed purchase agreement and any associated riders or addenda
2 - List of closed sales in the past 12 months
3 - List of current pipeline, including active listings and pending sales
Once you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed by account managers who will confirm your transaction with the settlement company. If your advance is approved, you can receive your funds in as little as one hour. The entire process, from start to finish, typically takes about one business day.
